What is an EIN?
The EIN (Employer Identification Number) is a nine-digit number the IRS assigns to businesses operating in the United States. Think of it as the Social Security Number of your company: banks, payment platforms and the IRS itself use it to identify your business.
Despite the name, you don't need employees to get one. Every U.S. LLC or corporation needs an EIN for its day-to-day: it never expires, and it belongs to your company only.
Why do you need it?
Without an EIN your company is stuck: you cannot open a U.S. business bank account, activate payment processors like Stripe or PayPal, sell on platforms like Amazon, or file your company taxes.
If you live outside the U.S. and don't have an SSN or ITIN, you can still get an EIN. That's exactly the case we handle: we prepare Form SS-4 and file it with the IRS for you, so you don't deal with faxes, phone calls or IRS wait times.

Questions about this service
Can I get an EIN without an SSN or ITIN?
Yes. Foreign owners can get an EIN with no SSN and no ITIN. We prepare the application the way the IRS expects it for non-residents.
How long does it take?
Between 2 and 5 business days from the moment your form is complete. We confirm each step with you on WhatsApp.
When do I pay the $50?
Only when your EIN is ready. You request it for free, we prepare and file it, and when the IRS assigns your number you pay the flat $50 in your dashboard to receive the confirmation document. No hidden fees.
My company is not formed yet. Can you still help?
You need a formed U.S. company first (LLC or corporation). Once you have the formation documents, we take care of the EIN.
